This is a panel consisting of female-identifying academics and researchers from the ANU and wider research community in the ACT who will be speaking about their experiences as women in STEM, giving advice to aspiring female scientists, and talking about how they think gender inequality in STEM can be addressed. This will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience.

The aim of this event is to provide a forum for women to discuss their lived experiences with younger women and empower women in the STEM community through mentorship and discussion.
