  • -
  • - (AEST)

Take a virtual underwater tour of the Great Spider Crab aggregation, without getting wet.

Every winter, in the heart of Nairm (Port Phillip Bay) and parts of the Great Southern Reef, a truly amazing natural phenomenon takes place: the gathering of thousands and thousands of Great Spider Crabs.

Snorkellers and divers from around Australia brave frigid winter waters to catch a glimpse of this world-famous spectacle.

Now, you can experience the event from the comfort of home, without getting wet.

Take a virtual tour of the annual Great Spider Crab aggregation through 360° photos and videos in the Amazing Spider Crabs of Nairm. Click on information buttons throughout the tour to learn about the crabs, why they come to the Bay and what they do while they are here.

Join us on Tuesday 16 August for the launch event to learn more about Great Spider Crabs. Book your free ticket to the launch.
