Clare Valley Science Spectacular

The Clare Valley Science Spectacular is a week-long festival science. Events include the Starlab planetarium, science fair, science shows and screening of the inspiring documentary “Inventing Tomorrow”. Big problems can be solved with STEM-based thinking. The Clare Valley Science Spectacular is a week-long festival of science for the whole community. Events include the Starlab planetarium, screenings of the documentary film “Inventing Tomorrow”, and culminating in the spectacular science fair and science shows.

In the lead up to National Science Week families will be given the opportunity to participate in the Little Bang Discovery Club and the Little Bang Discovery plus programs. The theme Spectacular Science focuses on the excitement and relevance of science, together with an environmental emphasis. Understanding the world around you, building and designing through the principle of reuse, remake and recycle will be central. Key events will include the science spectacular shows and a science fair.

The science fair will include a competition for individuals and groups, demonstrations and exhibits from local industry and professional science presenters. The program will include activities for all ages.
