The Gympie STEM Hub is chartering the Mary Valley Rattler STEAM train for a special journey from Gympie to Amamoor. This unique event, "The STEAM Train of Knowledge," is an immersive experience designed specifically for Year 4 students in the Gympie region.

Students will dive into a variety of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) activities and worksheets throughout their train journey. Upon arrival in Amamoor, a rotating series of engaging activities, displays, and presentations will be set up for continued exploration and learning opportunities. Students are invited to dress as their favourite scientist to be in the running for some great prizes.

This event is run in partnership with the Barambah Environmental Education Centre and supported by Inspiring Australia Queensland.
