Science Open Season

Join us at the Queen Victoria Museum for eight days of great science-based activities for all ages. Science Open Season includes the Saturday Big Day of Science, two Nights at the Museum, and Professionals Out Demonstrating Science (PODS) on week days.

Come along to one of our Science Nights and explore the darkened galleries, attend a lecture, gaze at the stars, or pitch your innovative ideas for Tasmania’s future.

Join us for our Big Day of Science and check out our drones, droids and robots displays, get hi-tech with the Innovation Circle, or be amazed by the Crazy Scientist.
